Blundells a sham of a company they have just charged me 400 pound for 4 pieces of paper and a reference that costs no more than 30 . Should be a solicitors aswell with them prices lol.Staff are a joke and dont know wether there coming or going and are there just to line their pockets not for the people trying to rent a property they are a scam of a company are ripping off hard working people.

Really disappointing experience! Viewed a property, liked it, went to put in an application and was told that they would contact us later that day..Looked online later to find the property had been Let to someone else, no contact until the next morning..Absolutely gutted and fed up with Estate agents picking their favourites! Rented a house through these guys, went well. The tenant and I agreed I coukddkerp the bond as she could not afford last months rent. I have been waiting a chasing a month now, one excuse after another, ooh we need this document, 3 weeks later can you sign this or send this. Absolutely shocking rubbish customer service. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole!

Staff members, Lyan and Dane, refused to arrange the viewing of the property, only because they demanding full address of potential tenant and he did not wanted to provide it. We clear understand this is Company policy and guys did not know about EU Personal information Law, in this case we reported to the Property Ombudsman about Direct Discrimination, and left this negative feedback.

Blundells have been wonderful! Kc’s communication has been perfect and she has helped answer any and all question I’ve had as a first time buyer. All staff are friendly and welcoming. I’m a new landlord and found Andy Grey to be very knowledgable and helpful. They found me a tenant quickly and efficiently. I was shocked however (after I’d found my tenant) how much the fees are for the tenant!! Unfortuneately I hadn’t thought to look into the costs for the tenant and I was shocked to find how steep they were.
