Daisy in Lettings is an absolute 'Star' we have been letting three of our properties with Blundells for years and in the absence of her line manager and colleague Daisy has impressed us so much. She is incredibly efficient, goes out of her way to help, replies immediately to emails and generally loves her job and helping her customers. Booked a viewing for a house with molly , showed me around and talked to me about the property and what needs doing/ what’s been done. Told me that if I pay a holding deposit , then could find out if I’m eligible quicker in which I did . Molly rang me straight after I paid the holding deposit and sent me through all the details I needed to fill out for the property straight away . Molly rang me to confirm if I was eligible for the property and told me i was I went from viewing this property and 3 hours later it being mine . Amazing! Why? I will tell why... When looking for a house, the all process can be very stressfull, with search to the lack or none at all of feedback from the agents about our enquire. I found with Blundells Chesterfield the best experience with renting. Could not recommend Blundells enough! My partner and I were recently looking to upsize due to needing a larger property with starting a family. From start to finish, the experience with Blundells was amazing.
