We dealt with the lettings team at Blundells Chesterfield as tenants applying for a home for our move from Denmark to the UK. Laura was always very responsive and personable, keeping our interactions positive at all time and making sure to keep us updated of developments. This was something that stood out for us compared to many other agents in the South Sheffield area. Once we progressed with our application, we were put into contact with Spencer who was simply delightful to deal with from start to finish: friendly, professional, expedient, and easy-going with a lovely personality, empathy, and great attention to detail. Moving at this time is stressful and after taking the decision to move from Kent to Chesterfield we came across a rental property via Blundells. I found a property to rent and from the start Laura was so helpful. She really pulled the stops out to help and started the whole process. Jane Bloomfield was the star of the show when selling our property! All members of staff had fantastic customer etiquette and we're very polite but when I was beginning to feel others had higher priorities whilst I was selling my property, Jane always did exactly what she said she would do and without her I would've lost hope that the sale would go through in the end! She even stayed behind after work one day to call me before leaving because she said she would update me at the end of the day! Jane was also the person who initially negotiated our sale during COVID lockdown and closed the deal the day before getting furloughed! Thank you so much Jane! You deserve a raise! In all of our life Experience of over 40 years in dealing with Estate Agents, Blundells Estate Agent are The Best In The World! Take our word for that!! They are all First Class in dealing with their Clients. There is also a hidden Angel there called: Liam (Don't tell!). There is this Person called: Andrew, an English Gentleman wearing such a lovely suit he went up walking through a rigid long long lane & didn't care of his shiny beautiful shoes, just so to help us (we passing him in our car) so for us to park infront of the house at our own pleasure.
