TrustpilotAuction house uk may not be the biggest…
Auction house uk may not be the biggest auction house in the West midlands, but they are the best! I researched auction houses, but I can honestly say the reason why I used auction house uk was for the personal touch. Hannah and Cheryl went above and beyond for my dad and I, in order to sell our house. Nothing was too much trouble. From liaising with sellers, solicitors, land registry, they did it! They were honest, reliable and so supportive. I cannot recommend them enough. It is not just about money for them, it was more than that. My the end of the process, you felt like family. Thankyou so much xxxxx

TrustpilotExcellent
Really pleased with the service and the result. I wanted rid of a rental property and really didn't have time for the hassle of a traditional sale. I found auction house online and gave them a call to ask them about the process. Jamie at their Manchester branch was brilliant, explained how it works clearly and suggested we put it in the may 12th auction. Honestly, I have never used an auction before so put my trust in him to set the reserve and guide price. I was incredibly happy with the result (significantly over the guide price) and the ease and efficiency of the sale was superb (the transaction completed today). If I had any more properties to sell i would definitely be using them again. Thank you Jamie and team.

TrustpilotAmazing Auctiooneers and very kind people!
We were left with a very run down property that needed a lot of work and Chris and his team made the whole process from start to finish absolutely seamless. I cannot begin to express how much the help and support we received when dealing with a difficult building, was made much easier because of Chris' knowledge and skills in the Auction house. Our house was sold and the whole process was completed within three weeks. They not only helped us with the sale, but also the legal proceedings and worked in collaboration with an amazing solicitors to make the whole process slick and move like clockwork. Thank you Birmingham Auction house for everything. My family are most grateful.

TrustpilotFirst time buying at an auction
First time looking at an auction house, I can’t thank Auction House enough for all their help. From the first phone call to completion on our home, it seems so scary with the fast completion. We used their recommended solicitor and felt supported through each step. Can not recommend them enough. Especially Toby Wood from Cambridgeshire branch. A* all the way.

TrustpilotProfessionalism with utmost integrity
I recently sold a flat via the auction house and I had never sold a property before, but after nearly a year on the open market, a friend recommended Simon, having used the auction house herself. I had no idea what I was doing, but Simon and Alex were patient and explained everything, more than once, until it made sense.

We always aim to act with integrity and ensure our clients achieve the best possible outcome, so we are particularly pleased that our advice to hold out for a better offer resonated with you. Thank you for trusting us with such an important transaction. Best, Auction House
