Be careful

My experience with the Savills Team and Lettings Hubs has been horrible. My employer sent multiple references and Letting Hubs lie that they did not receive it. After digging, this issue seems to be quite common with the non British and foreigners. Savills and Letting Hubs clearly discriminate between foreigners and locals. You suck!

No hot water for 10 months

Absolutely horrible! I live in one of their flat and as for now I have no hot water for 10 months! I have to write 10 e mails to get 1 response! The managers do not pick up or return the phone call. No consideration at all with my problem which seems to have no end. Meanwhile I keep pay my rent which is not cheap

Attempted to phone them during office hours and the phone was never answered and calls not returned. Also went to view a property and the agents never showed up. A truly awful experience and in summary, they are amateur at best. Also, best to ignore the 5-star fake reviews.

I have been using Savills in Marlow, for several years now and have always experienced a professional considered approach, particularly listening and delivering on my requests whether it be buying and or selling. More recently Sophia Farwell was tasked with finding a property for one of my elderly relatives, a difficult task on a good day. That being said, Sophia listened to the remit, took it upon her self to personally identified properties and within a few days had delivered the property of my relatives dreams, i thought it would take months! Appallingly Letting Service

After visiting my daughter’s new flat which is let by Savills, I have to say that I am absolutely appalled that they consider this a suitable property.The property is in my opinion uninhabitable for humans with faulty electrics, vermin infestation and no hot water/ heating.Savills have been notified of the issues two weeks ago but have still not resolved any problems, they are obviously not fulfilling their obligations as a managing agent to the tenants. Further to this they expect the tenants to be available to liaise with any 3rd parties to rectify any problems rather than their staff being available ( for which they do receive fees for from the 2K monthly rent)- absolutely disgusting customer service.

Non - Existent Property Management

If there was a minus option would be preferable. We live in a 9 year old block that is falling into disrepair with extortionate service charges … £336,000 between 46 flats averaging at £7300 - for a small block in Camden ! Adam Doran doesn’t respond to leaseholders Ethel doesn’t respond to complaints. Total reluctance to liaise with the residents. Refuse to hold an AGM. Ideas of how to improve the development totally ignored. The list really could go on & on.Truly awful company!

Fantastic experience from Savills Clapham on our flat sale.We chose Savills for their professionalism and they delivered. The team were able to get our flat listed within days, and viewings started coming in immediately. David Stafford and Mandy White were both very hardworking and clearly communicated all developments. Shocking company to do business with

Since Savalls has taken over the management at Heron Place in W1They must rank as one of the worst managing agents I have worked for in over twenty years. The accounts department is non-existent. I'm owed ten thousand pounds in two outstanding invoices. It is now time to issue court proceedings. I am not the only contractor on this site who refuses to do more work for them. They may have a fancy website and boast on social media how great they are, but their management team is useless.
