GoogleWe booked a Valuation for wed 27th April, no one turned up. I emailed Savills, they apologised and said they’d forgotten to put us in the diary. They booked us in for the following Tuesday/ I received an email of confirmation- again, no one showed. I called the office and they said they didn’t know what happened but they hadn’t got it in the diary. Utter waste of time and effort. Won’t recommend or use in the future.

They look after both the seller and the buyer to make the transition as easy as possible through regular contacts and updates and will communicate at a time to suit the customer. With so many cheaper options out there it can be tempting to choose a different way to sell your house, however, if you are serious about selling and want a first class bespoke service then Savills should be your first choice.
