GoogleAfter coming to Chester University, I decided to rent with Bed Student Rentals. I have now rented with them for 3 years and they have been incredible the entire time! The staff are not only friendly and fun but incredibly knowledgeable. They always make sure that their properties meet exceptional standards and maintenance is constant! If you’re looking for an easy, enjoyable house hunting experience, then Bed are your people!

GoogleI had heard good things about them as a company that made me sign on during my masters degree, however, reality was quite different. The lock on my bedroom door was broken from day 1, I rang the office to report it only to be told by the snotty woman in the office to use the app, it went unresolved for months and was fixed in January after I rang the office to chase it up. The house was advertised as with car parking for one car however, due to frequent maintenance was asked to move my car off the drive frequently, even though the road itself was yellow lined so would have to pay to park elsewhere, which they refused to compensate. The house itself had many maintenance issues that went unchecked including a leaking roof in one of the bedrooms. So impersonal and all-round money grabbing company, if you want a friendly landlord/ letting company spare yourself the hassle walk an extra 6ft and go to Hoots

GoogleComing to the end of my tenancy this year, and really excited to move into my new house for next year, I couldn't be happier with the experience with Bed. After having first year in lockdown I wanted to meet more people and live in a big house, and was placed with new people that are now my best friends. The staff really wanted us to have a good year and grouped together people that would get on living together and they were right. The staff are so welcoming and answer any questions we have, can't recommend them enough

GoogleAs the parent of a student attending Uni in Chester from overseas I had great concerns about finding the right fit for my son. Mike at Bed Student Rentals could not have been more attentive. He communicated with me direct and at all times answered my questions. Nothing was ever too much trouble or too trivial for Mike to answer call or call me. He couldn’t have done more to help my son find the right place at the right price and really went over and above in so many ways. I would highly rate Bed Student, indeed , we did for year 3 accom contact other agencies to keep our opens option but can honestly say , the competition is no competition ( no replies, no shows were common). Mike….you are a star and we appreciate your dedication and that of the back office staff.

GoogleHaving only lived with Bed for one academic year, I have been nothing but impressed with the service that they have provided me with. Should I ever need anything, they’re more than accomodating with a huge amount of knowledge about all of their properties. Bed has supported me when I was struggling with an ex house mate and continued to check in with me once they vacated the property. Not only this, but as I moved to Chester from New Zealand, knowing no one in Chester, Bed have put me in touch with some incredible people whom I know will be life long friends. I have nothing but praise and thanks for Bed Student Rentals.

GoogleFantastic company and very nice, welcoming staff. Mike (head of the company) has always made me feel very welcome and he and the rest of the staff are very friendly. Also incredibly helpful unlike another agency I have rented with, they say to let them know about any issues and they will sort them whereas in the past with another agency problems would not get resolved. The house I am renting with them is a great house, roomy and very homey. I fully recommend this company and would not listen to the very negative reviews as everyone else I know who has gone with bed have also been pleased with their houses and the company.

GoogleI’ve lived with Bed for 3 years now (2 years as a student and 1 year as a post grad) and couldn’t recommend a better housing company. They’ve helped in sorting out any issues quickly and effectively. Everyone at Bed is extremely kind and they welcome any questions/queries I have had. Whenever issues have arisen within my house, Bed have been great at helping to sort them out.

GoogleMike and the whole Bed Student Rentals team are amazing! As an international student they made my living experience as easy and stress free as it could be! Being so far away from home, the whole team were really friendly and accommodating to my circumstances. If there were any issues with the house or anything else they were addressed and quickly fixed! Highly recommend!

GoogleHad the most amazing experience with this company. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Had my eyes set on one place but after being recommended another by Mike based on what I wanted it was even better than the initial place, went for the recommended place and it was so easy to get everything sorted. We definitely be using this company again for next year.

GoogleCan’t recommend Bed enough. They made moving out for the first time really simple, they answered any questions I had and the whole process was really easy. Everyone in the office was super approachable and made me feel welcome whenever I came in. I’d never use any other letting agent now!

GoogleI rented a hosue that didn't work out through Bed but they were very reasoanble and understanding and helped resolve the issue promptly. Would definitley recommend as an estate agent.

Googlenot sure what compelled them to fly a plane in loops over my house but it's vastly unneccesary given they have a monopoly on bleeding students dry in chester and incredibly inconsiderate to the residents
