FacebookMoved my appointment from 9.30 till 10 at 9.20, managed to get that sorted, didn't have the keys for one of the houses and didn't have a booking for the other house I was seeing when I booked them at the same time, on the same phone call. Estate agent wasn't particularly friendly and neither was the lady that called to push my appointment back. Had a couple of comments which I wasn't very comfortable with either. Even if I can only afford a 70.000 house it dosent mean I should be treated differently or have sarcastic comments. Removed my subscription with them and will not be looking at any houses with them again. I've had the wind taken out of my sails for looking at my first house.

GoogleI can not rate this branch of your move highly enough. From agreeing to sell with them to getting the photos taken it has been very easy due to the friendly nature of the staff. They are very proactive getting viewings before the brochure was even completed.

GoogleWe found Your Move had a very comprehensive and well managed sales package with plenty of advice on al aspects of selling our home. They were very proactive in trying to sell our home and I found my nominated sales contact to be friendly, enthusiastic and well organised.

GoogleYour Move Chester le street have been amazing. We had a couple of set backs along the way but Sharon MacFeggan was always there to help resolve any issues and chase things up. Can’t fault the service we received. Highly recommend.

From start to finish from Ian taking photographs and marketing property to handing the new owner the keys everything was just first class.Every step of the way was kept a close eye on and everything went so smooth which was good as I had such a lot of other business to sort out so Your Move just took a lot of the stress. FacebookI really wished I had rented my house out through Your Move at the beginning instead of going through a different local agent...who were absolutely shocking as they let the tenant ruin my house.Anyway getting back to Your Move, I sold my house through this office. The girls were great in the office...friendly, personable and most of all keen to help. The sales team were excellent communicators, seeing as I live in Australia. They kept me in the loop at all times.And the conveyance/lawyers that Your Move suggested made the sale so much easier than I thought it was going to be. FacebookWe have had an excellent service whilst selling our property, Callum did our valuation and he explained everything thoroughly and really got to know us and our property before giving us a detailed overview of the process. After this Sharon took care of liaising with potential buyers and was in great contact with us throughout, helping us to accept an offer that we were happy with after our property was only on sale for 1 month.

FacebookRelocated from Darlington moved into the house Work should’ve been done nothing is been done it was that bad I could not live in it because it was dangerous standards will look below standards still haven’t had an apology email or letter did you get all my deposit and referencing checks back not impressed would not recommend this courtesy would have been a letter of apology
