GoogleYour Move bury their head in the sand and are completely uncooperative after a house they let out has caused serious damage to multiple neighbours property twice in a year and a half due to shoddy repairs by cowboy builders! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Update: As shown in the companies reply, they continue to be completely uncooperative and play ignorant in regards to the damage their property has caused to neighbours property and vehicles! Yes, everyone understands nobody can control the weather, but this is not about the neighbours roof, this is about the damages done!
Hello Michael, in response to your comments, the landlord is aware of the damage to the roof that was caused by the extreme weather conditions in recent days. As I am sure you can appreciate the storm was beyond anyone's control and the landlord will be ensuring the repairs to their property are carried out as soon as it is safe to do so.

GoogleI have telephoned the Chester le Street office of Your Move and several occasions and each time the staff have been extremely, polite, professional, informative and extremely helpful. I’ve met staff face to face when attending viewings and again, I cannot fault their service. I was so impressed that I decided to use their instate mortgage advisor and has offered the same professional service. GoogleToday we have completed on the sale of my mother's house. I could not have had dealings with a nicer team of enthusiastic people. I did consider a cheaper option, but would have had to carry out the viewings myself. The extra investment was well worth every penny. GoogleWe have just sold our house with Your move in Chester le Street and the service we received was second to none. All the staff were friendly, approachable and efficient. We had the choice of speaking to the same agent if we had wanted but they were all up to speed with what was happening it was great dealing with any of them. Once our sale was agreed John from after sales was in constant touch with us every step of the way and we still had the option of speaking to the office. Nothing was a bother and we would definetly use them again. Can't thank them enough for all their help and support (and laughs along the way)

GoogleAs a second time user of Chris Stonnock Your Move, I have always had great s service in a very timely manner, and all of the staff I have been in touch with have been very professional doing a great job, this is the second time I have sold my home within 2 weeks with them, I can be a 'difficult' customer winding them up when I call, but they take it in good spirit, especially 'Just Julia'! 😉😄
