GoogleShepherds have been brilliant for me. It took me a long time to sell my house, but that was not Shepherds fault, it was the market. But throughout this long process they helped me all the way. They were excellent

GoogleCarmelo really messed us around when buying. He literally sold the property to someone else after our offer was accepted. He was then dishonest, as he hadn’t asked for our final offer and stated that the owners had pulled out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend Shepherds Cheshunt. We went with a different agency, the process was so smooth and we’re so happy with the service.

Very good coms at all times plus feedback given on all viewings was speedy. Never pushy and always felt they were working in our interest at all times, never attempted to sell at any price to get the sale. Many thanks again.

Right off the mark they brought regular and consistent viewings and communicated very professionally before and after each viewing. They managed to sell the property in a difficult market in under 6 weeks. They even sold my neighbours property & 3 others on my street! Very happy and would use them again.
