Carmelo was honestly outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely patient and communicative through every single issue we faced, always taking the time to explain things clearly and keep us updated. He is incredibly organised, proactive, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out was how calm and reassuring he was during stressful moments, he helped resolve things that felt impossible, which made the whole process so much easier. I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly than Carmelo as he truly goes above and beyond and is a credit to his profession. 1000/10!!!!

I had been wanting to sell my house since 2013 and had made two or three half hearted attempts. My internal conversations, " this house isn't flashy enough", "no one is going to want my house", "not sure if I can afford to move", " its going to take ages to complete a house sale" were overwhelming. I had several estate agent around to initially just get a free valuation, but right from this first visit I knew I would go with Shepherds. When they arrived for the second visit some time later, they were again very informative, friendly and most importantly for me honest! So we arranged an open house for the following week. From valuation to completion it has been a wonderfully smooth road, my questions have all been answered clearly and Carmelo kept me updated throughout. Having never sold a property before I felt quite green, but there constant support drove me through the whole process with ease, I highly recommend and could not of been happier when we exchanged 2 days ago. It really felt like a whole package as I was able to do everything with them, even their recommendation for a clearance man was brilliant, he could not of been more helpful.
