GoogleAMAZING service from the entire team, especially Carmelo. The current market isn’t great, so you can imagine how this impacted us during the purchase of our first home. We were supported the entire way, Carmelo was always making himself available and answering our questions, he ensured a smooth process for us all. We will definitely recommend them 1000x over. Thank you again Carmelo!!!!

GoogleHaving initially unsuccessfully marketed our house with another local agent we changed to Shepherds Cheshunt. Carmelo, Charlie and Gayathrie kept us well informed and negotiated to a successful sale on the 16. Trustworthy service and seamless completion- many thanks. Susan C

GoogleMany thanks to the whole team at Shephards, including Charlie, Carmelo and Adam. All round very smooth experience, Charlie especially has been very prompt and always supportive. Having worked with many estate agents due to my profession, I can genuinely say this branch is full of genuine/honest people, unlike most other agents in the area! Thank you all

GoogleI recently completed on a house through Charlie, he was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable on the house and local area and came back to me with any questions or concerns I had very quickly. We were able to complete the transaction within 2 months from start to finish, which would not have been viable without Charlie's input and expertise. I would strongly recommend anybody who is potentially looking to sell their house to contact Charlie first as he is by far, the best agent by a mile in the area.

GoogleCalm and helpful throughout the process, even helped to get our solicitors to get a move on by liasing between them, us and the buyers. Couldn't have done it without them.

GoogleTHE BEST AGENCY!!! I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in this agency mainly to Nathaniel Hobbs for his amazing service throughout the process of buying our first home. This agency gives the best service in terms of their speed in doing things, giving updates several times in the week and with their fast replies to emails. I am so happy to have found a house with Shepherds Agency and coming across with such lovely people working there like Nathaniel & Carmelo. I do 100% recommend this agency! I hope to come across with this agency again in the future hopefully. Thank you once again everyone for all your help! The best best best agency!

GoogleWell where to start from, great team helped me and advised me when ever I needed, normally having used different estate agents there was a strict rule on just seeing the property once where in this case Carmelo and Nathaniel allowed me and my family to view a couple times so we didn’t have doubts about the property we wanted to buy. I gave Nathaniel a bit of a headache when we couldn’t get a response from the vendors solicitors but he chased them up and kept me informed. Very pleased and happy to work with shepherd estate cheshunt branch.thank you again.

GoogleI have recently sold a flat in Cheshunt through Shepherds Cheshunt and was very pleased with their service. The sale was not straightforward, but this was not down to the Agent. The first buyer pulled out and Shepherds had new viewings within days. They communicated about every viewing and as the property was empty, arranged for one of their staff to be available to show the perspective purchaser around the property, which was on many occasions! They gave very good advice throughout the process and we achieved a realistic price for the property. Very happy with the service and would use them again.
