From start to finish Paul Wallace have been excellent. Peter originally came to value our house and was spot on with his valuation We found him personable and friendly and not the "typical estate agent" they are far better than that.We then had Nick and Jon who did all of our viewings and they were brilliant, so friendly and honest with us. They were very friendly and handled that part really well.When we finally sold our house we were then handed over to Joe who was fantastic all the way through to exchange. He kept us sane throughout the most stressful time and was always on the other end of the phone if we needed him - he was just brilliant in every way and we cant thank him enough.Honestly we don't have a bad word to say about any of the guys at Paul Wallace Cheshunt branch and would recommend them to anyone. Just a shame not all estate agents are as good as Paul Wallace!!Thank you to all of them.Jo and Liam

FacebookI dealt with the cheshunt branch and honestly I think the customer service here is like nothing I've ever experienced. I've been dealing with Joe Solazzo and without he's help I would probably be in a straight jacket by now! He's knowledge and expertise is endless and he dealt with things at times that were probably not really he's job but he did it to help me out and make it as stress free as possible. I've dealt with he's colleagues who are also extremely friendly and helpful. If you are looking for an estate agents to use then please use here because they deserve every success in the future. Thanks once again to Paul Wallace cheshunt and personally to joe for all his help.

They were prompt, very responsive, very professional and a pleasure to work with. It was a traumatic experience having to sell my mum’s home after she passed away but my concerns were relieved by Peter and Jon. It was a very good experience a I can highly recommend their services for your real estate needs.

Peter at Paul Wallace was great. From the first interaction of the valuation where he broke down the reasoning of the higher price of my property (10% more than other agents), to the great communication & advice throughout the transaction. I can't rate them highly enough. If you want more evidence my house went on the market at 1600 on the Friday and was sold by 1400 the next day!

No consideration for neighbours or the landlords of the properties they let out. Very lazy agent. Behind the times of what I would expect. They will let out properties to anyone. Money grabbers with no morals.

We chose a Paul Wallace to market my late mum’s house. We left the whole matter in their hands and the sale was successfully completed a couple of days ago. The house was sold quickly and at a very good price. It was dealt with professionally and communication with them was always polite, helpful and understanding. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Advertise very competitive price rentals but never answer our enquires to them via Rightmove or Zoopla. Not even a courtesy call or email. When you are seriously looking for a new rental place it really is disappointing and frustrating
