GoogleWow! What an amazing company this is. Fran, Debi and Tom are so passionate to sell your property and very helpful. Would 100% use these in the future if I were ever to sell another house. From the word go they could not do enough for you. These guys know about good customer service and I would recommend them every day of the week.

GoogleOur journey with Fran and Debs started in August 22. As soon as we met I felt a warm and nurturing feel about them both. They were very complimentary about our house and confident they could sell it. They were right....took only 5 days! They have both been absolutely fantastic helping us get through our purchase. There have been challenges with the local authority and third parties, but all the way through, Fran especially, was reassuring and positive. I could text or call her anytime and get a response, even in what would be her own time. They truly are wonderful people and in my opinion deserve a pride of Britain award! I would have no doubt in using them again...not that I plan to do this process again anytime soon!!!!

GoogleI doubt many estate agents would find themselves described as "just wonderful" by their clients but Debi and Fran are just that. We needed an estate agent who would do every viewing including weekends and not need chasing and Debi and Fran exceeded expectations. We really felt they loved our home which no doubt helped sell it. These agents really want to look after their clients and look after you from the point of taking on your house to even helping with your onward purchase with another agent. I wish Debi and Fran every success with their business because they work incredibly hard and really deserve it.

GoogleWe used Wheatcroft and Lloyd to sell my Dad’s house. I make a point of using local independent companies and I noticed that they’d sold a house close to me very quickly. During the initial appointment they explained how they would market the house with no estate agent jargon, then made sure the advert was correct with plenty of great photos etc. The sale exchanged and completed within 24 hours, a very nervous time, but Debi Lloyd kept chasing the chain to make sure it all happened. We couldn’t have wished for a better estate agent and would happily recommend them to anyone. I wish Fran and Debi all the best for the future, they thoroughly deserve it!

GoogleSimply put Wheatcroft & Lloyd were excellent. I would go so far as to say that had it not been for their persistence with the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain our house sale would probably have fallen through. They are extremely friendly and definitely work for and in the best interest of the seller. Fran and Debbie always made themselves available when we needed them. I would have no hesitation in recommending them because I couldn't see anyone else doing a better job.

GoogleDebbie and Fran are exceptional people and make you feel like you all ready know them. Very comfortable to talk to. I didn’t need to do a lot chasing as they where on top form at keeping me updated straight away through the whole process of the sale and it didn’t stop there after the sale still making sure everything is okay and we have settled in great team great people!!! I’d sell and buy with these guys again!!
