GoogleFran and Debi were always very friendly, patient and helpful, they kept us well updated throughout the purchase and worked really hard for both the seller and for us as the buyers. I had my house up for sale with a different company, but if I were to sell again in future I wouldn’t hesitate to go with Wheatcroft and Lloyd, and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

GoogleWheatcroft and Lloyd were genuine, empathetic, honest and sincere. This compares to all the other estate agents we met, who feigned interest in us and the property. Wheatcroft and Lloyd are a breath of fresh air in an industry where too often pushy and aggressive sale tactics take president over sincerity and humility. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Fran and Debi were exceptional - always at the end of the phone to help and reassure us through the process, night or day.

My property sale hit quite a few snags and they were so proactive every time and took a lot of stress out of the process for me. Their service is so personal and they really do care. GoogleI'm so glad I chose Wheatcroft & Lloyd to sell my property. They were outstanding throughout the process. Fran Wheatcroft and Debi Lloyd were professional and polite but very approachable and friendly and always easy to get hold of. They kept me updated on a regular basis about how things were going and were very proactive in terms of helping the sale progress by chasing up solicitors and maintaining regular contact with my buyer. They went above and beyond and I would use them again in future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWheatcroft & Lloyd were fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process, from the initial meeting to the final handing over of the keys. Fran, Debi & team were enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. Debi really took the reins and kept things moving and on track, resolving any issues / queries with ease and expertise. GoogleThey were immediately helpful throughout the whole process. Came into some issues between solicitors and they were more than helpful in contacting the buyer and helping out. Honestly I cannot fault them at all and honestly the most important thing I can say about them is that when I needed to contact them they would answer the phone after the first try or honestly get back to me within the hour. Exactly what confidence I needed in the stresses of home selling.

GoogleAs first time buyers we were extremely anxious but Debi constantly reassured us. She went completely above and beyond to ensure we completed on the date agreed and kept in constant communication with us throughout the process as she knew how anxious we were with the whole purchase. She was honestly amazing and we are so grateful!
