GoogleStoreys are extremely professional and proactive in marketing, organising viewings and sales progression. Their marketing skills, positivity, ideas for presenting the house and use of What’s App groups were invaluable and promoted speedy communication. Highly recommended

GooglePoor communication and provided a viewing for a time we had advised we were unable to do
Agent replied · 28 May 2023
Hi Matthew, thank you for your review which I respect. Poor communication is very much at odds with 99% of our reviews and I do not take your comments lightly. When arranging viewings (we had 10 viewing requests on this property within the first week) it is not always possible to fit the exact requests of every single viewer and I'm sorry that your needs were not met. We will take on board your comments and look forward to trying to help you find a house in the future. Kind regards, Ian Storey
