Money grabbers! Avoid at all costs! Would never in a million years go near them again! Horrible customer service! Keep your money when they know full well you should have it back!

Was a good experience renting with leaders, from the time I viewed the property to all the paperwork and moving in, the staff were all professional, nice, friendly and responsive.

I can’t thank Leaders enough for the service, especially the past few weeks. Due to having a few maintenance issues in the property - one being no working boiler! I did not need to worry though, as they were all attended to quickly. Can’t find any faults with the overall service. Great team!

Recently agreed to market my property with Leaders. Had 3 agents round and Amir the lettings manager was great. He really took the time to get to know me and my family rather than just using jargon. I hope they are just as great at finding the right tenant. Thank You!

Very poor service. I got turned down because of my apparent poor financial status despite earning 380 a week and rental was 550. Paid everything in like a week. Got my deposit back but they kept the application fee. What a right rip off. I feel betrayed by them and certainly angry with the company.

Very professional, informative, courteous chap that went beyond the line of duty for a property at short notice. A real credit to this company.
