We purchased a property via Jackson Stops Newmarket. The team were very friendly, professional and motivated to keep the chain together, especially when it got rocky. Their experience and reach to others within the industry e.g. mortgage brokers, was very helpful and positively contributed to the outcome. The Jackson Stops team have been brilliant thus far, whether that is physical viewings or over the phone comms. They are polite, courteous and enthusiastic, and are very helpful - no matter the question. Oscar at the Weybridge branch has been particularly excellent. He has advised on offers and suitability, and gone above and beyond trying to help us find the perfect place.Couldn't recommend more.

We have been dealing with a huge number of agents whilst looking for a new home and to be honest, the majority of them were not particularly helpful or appear to care that much at all. So when it came to working with James and Ria, it was an enormous relief. I could not recommend Jackson Stops in Barnstaple more highly. I must have made about 50 phone calls and sent over 100 e mails over a 6 month period - and every single time, nothing was a problem, every issue was resolved quickly, efficiently and with a lot of care and attention. A fantastic service in every way for which will will be ever grateful.

Since moving to Newmarket more than 15 years ago, we have only used Jackson Stops and Staff in. Newmarket. The most recent time was last September, when we decided to sell a property we had been renting. The whole team gave us great advice and service from setting the pricing strategy, managing the viewings and the end of tenancy for our tenants. GoogleI took a day off work to prepare my house for a sales valuation booked a week ago, but the agent didn't show up! When I rang the agent's excuse was that "Crispin" had caught covid 5 days ago. Yet they had plenty of time to notify me or send someone else. I refused another appointment because if they can't oeganise staff for viewings, how can they organise potential buyers? Hopelessly unprofessional & disorganised.

Jackson Stops sold our house for us recently. Jon and Yvonne in the Norwich office were very professional and helped us through 3 aborted sales. (No fault on their side, the market just cooled off) They stuck to their task and we achieved our sale the following month which has allowed us to build our forever home in North Norfolk. I have had a difficult experience with Jackson-Stops not understanding how to deal with the sharing of the ownership of my flat with my daughter. However, Property Manager Jess Lynagh who liaised between myself and her management was exemplary, she listened, understood the issue and was always prompt in her replies and persistent in resolving the problem.

Absolutely appalling sales experience. From being told that the buyers were cash buyers to then being told they didn't have the deposit. No fact checking had been carried out and we were led along for months without regular updates and the agent side stepping and avoiding calls only to find out the sale had fallen through and Jackson-Stops were aware but hadn't even bothered to update us! Absolutely no follow through.

As always Ed Lottie and all the newmarket branch were superb in selling our property on duchess drive. In testing times they got it over the line always in touch in their professional manner to assure us in regards to the chain. I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops as an Estate Agent in the Reigate and surrounding areas.From the first initial meeting at our property to the final phone call following completion, Jackson-Stops were very professional and efficient. Everyone involved knew exactly where we were during the sales process, this reduced the stress of selling and purchasing a house. The success to buying a property involves all stakeholders working together to achieve the right outcome. Jackson Stops, and in particular our agent Chris, made sure that this took place.
