They made sure to get the best pictures of our house, and arrived well prepared with research of our area. Since this was the first time I was selling a house, I'm glad I went with Bridgfords. In what can be a stressful process, the team were always available to bridge the gap between what I was hearing from solicitors and other parties. They introduced me to a mortgage adviser who was superb and I really felt the team had my back and wanted to help as much as they could at all stages - very much not the experience you get from many estate agents. Stacey. Josh, Paul and the rest of the team here have made our house purchase effortless. As first time buyers, my partner and I have been quite daunted at times where we've been naive about how to proceed and when. Stacey has been a steady hand that has helped guide and support us through the process, and Paul's vast knowledge has helped us with regard to mortgage rates and other financial aspects of the transaction. All of this wouldn't have gotten this far without Josh who intially showed us our home, and his insight into potential upgrades has given us food for thought on what the property could become. After an awful experience with another Bridgfords branch, Stacey and their team completely flipped our expectations, and we'd recommed them for anyone looking to move home in the future - we certainly will!

This was Not a pleasing experience by any length. Staff unfriendly over email and phone messages.They did not give the full process and information out when i enquired about letting a property. Considering this is my first time letting a property I would have really appreciated more help. I Was then told I would have to pay a holding fee ? I had no idea what this was for and it was not explained. To make matters worse i was told if the application failed Bridgefords would keep my £270 holding fee ? Also if I wanted to rent the property it would cost me £14,000 in a deposit. It was all so confusing to a first time renter that I had to Cancel the application and look at other estate agents. When it comes to renting a house and how important this is to me. And how much I would be paying in rent a month I really think you could have been more friendly and helpful and explain the full process instead of just sending me an application form and then saying we told you did you read the form ? I suffer from ADHD and have other medical issues and it’s almost impossible for me to go through a form just like that. Not helpful at all. I also explained many times it was my first time renting but I feel you didn't acknowledge this fact. Due to this experience i will not be recommending you to anyone or will i want to apply for a property with you again. Please avoid this estate agent. I would not want any other customer to be treated like I was treated today !

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! Stacey, the manager, went truly above and beyond to get my house sold. Her dedication and commitment were second to none nothing was ever too much trouble, and she kept me updated every step of the way. Special mention has to go to Hannah I still can’t believe this was her first job in the industry! She came in after my house had already been on the market for a while and worked with unbelievable skill and energy, as if she’d been doing this for years. Her fresh approach and determination made a huge difference. Between Stacey’s leadership and Hannah’s talent, they didn’t just meet expectations they completely exceeded them. I’ve never experienced an estate agent so genuinely invested in achieving the best result. If you’re selling your house, don’t look anywhere else this is the team you want in your corner!

Where do I start with these guys absolutely 5 star service and more kept us up to date. Paul did our mortgage and made it look easy fitted us in when we were available Adam kept us up to date with the whole process back and forth and dealing with other estate agent who we found terrible I wont name. Katie and James were good as if adam was away from his desk dealing with other customers they always kept us in the loop. What can I say, it will represent the reality. Firstly they put the house on above real market value to misleading the landlord for example house they offer it for 400k not sold for months and when then new estate agent take the lead it’s start with top market value which is 330K , 70k difference or more. Other situation, I call them to view a property they told me it’s offered 450k , I told them the maximum budget around 400K , they said it’s okay. Today another story , we have an appointment for viewing but they didn’t came and they told us it’s sold by auction or whatever!!! For me they are not trustable for both landlords or buyers.

You may think all estate agents are the same. They aren't. In my opinion (and my Ex-wifes so one of the very few things we agree upon) is that should you wish to sell your house then this is absolutely the best agents to deal with. The people there are phenomenal, whether it be Mel, Stacey or Matthew they will not leave a stone unturned or an option not considered. Mel, in particular, was immense in not only selling my property but trying to find me a new place and I can only imagine the shoe leather that she must have worn out trying to sort that out. I love them all to bits because they went above and beyond at every stage that it was necessary. Guys I so owe you all a drink in the future.
