What can I say, it will represent the reality. Firstly they put the house on above real market value to misleading the landlord for example house they offer it for 400k not sold for months and when then new estate agent take the lead it’s start with top market value which is 330K , 70k difference or more. Other situation, I call them to view a property they told me it’s offered 450k , I told them the maximum budget around 400K , they said it’s okay. Today another story , we have an appointment for viewing but they didn’t came and they told us it’s sold by auction or whatever!!! For me they are not trustable for both landlords or buyers.

You may think all estate agents are the same. They aren't. In my opinion (and my Ex-wifes so one of the very few things we agree upon) is that should you wish to sell your house then this is absolutely the best agents to deal with. The people there are phenomenal, whether it be Mel, Stacey or Matthew they will not leave a stone unturned or an option not considered. Mel, in particular, was immense in not only selling my property but trying to find me a new place and I can only imagine the shoe leather that she must have worn out trying to sort that out. I love them all to bits because they went above and beyond at every stage that it was necessary. Guys I so owe you all a drink in the future.

Really pleased with the efforts of Bridgefords staff in Cheadle and Kate McEvoy in particular to sell my Aunts property in Gatley. The property was old and in need of refurbishment despite this Bridgefords had interested parties lined up and viewing (Bridgefords showing them round) the property immediately and offers came in quite quickly. Even after a buyer backed out Bridgefords rounded up more potential buyers and quite soon after the property was sold for a good price. Impressive professional and reasonably priced.

Lies, rude and unprofessional. Bought a house in Aug 2013. Constant lies from Bridgefords. Staff were rude to myself and the other half, this did not last long with me. Requested the manager to become involved and he was worse than the staff!!!! I have a three page letter of compliant from my solicitors regarding this agent. Always blamed the buyer when the seller was at fault. Withheld the keys on the transfer day just to be awkward. Should of pulled out of the purchase in hind sight. To this day I hate the fact they got paid out of my money..... DO NOT USE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

I recommend to avoid: they are expensive, poor service/standards, and not worth it. I tried them as a property seller, they have advertised wrong information about my property, and other properties, to generate viewings. I think this is unethical and unprofessional. Their branch manager will try to convince you that you will be selling next day. A lot of the things they promised will remain promises, e.g. no brochures, no fancy news paper adverts, etc. etc. Just putting my property with them online took them 2 weeks, though they promised it will be online next day. In short just promises and talks that will never come true with people in this branch.
