we've recently had the eviction notice for our private rented home as the landlord wants to sell and due to myself being made to take sick leave from work for a few months we lived on our savings which left us with no money to up and move into a new home and with no help from the council were having to move in with parents with two children, we have a whole house of stuff that obviously wouldn't fit in the parents house so we've arranged to rent a unit from Big Storage Chester, and I must say the service of the staff there has been exceptional and we've been made very educated on how it all works, this has been from one member of staff in particular, Leah from the Chester branch. I had the the best customer service at The Big Yellow Storage in Chester. Jeff Banks could not of been more helpful and professional. We have had things delivered and he handled them exceptionally well. He is so very pleasant - if only you could clone him what an asset! Martin made us a cup of tea as we arrived on our bicycles to sign the contracts and got caught in a storm.

An absolutely excellent experience. Super friendly & helpful, great advice when booking. I was going to have a bigger unit but was advised by the staff that it would be excessive. As you can see the 25 sq. foot was plenty! A warm & professional welcome with superb instructions & information. The whole place is clean, smart & well lit. Overall a very pleasant experience. If I need storage again I’ll use Big Yellow!

It's very simple to use this self storage facility. Security is assured, with code keypad entry to the building. Inside, each storage pod has additional locks and are alarmed. The radio plays continuously at an appropriate level, so you don't feel too lonely. Have seen some small business users, as well as the folk moving house.

Fabulous company to deal with, the staff are so friendly and helpful, Jeff in particular explained everything really well and one of the ladies (I am so sorry I didn't get her name) was so chatty and kind and even made me a coffee which is above and beyond to be fair. I had storage from July to November 2023 as I needed a safe space to store my belongings while moving property. Not only did I feel my belongings were extremely safe, the service of the team members was fantastic. They were extremely friendly and accommodating the entire time. And a special shout out to the two Jeff’s at reception who were very helpful when we were leaving the storage centre.
