Absolutely well deserved 5 star review! We purchased a property via Hunters and it’s been quite a long and difficult 6 month process. The chain was 5 people and many a hurdle. Several times the chain was at risk of breaking exacerbated by really poor communication at the end of the chain. Hunters were fabulous, they communicated with everyone, kept things moving along and were always open and honest. Hunters worked well with our estate agent and us and we’re always up to date and top of everything. Whilst the last 6 months has been stressful I have no doubt it would have fallen through if it wasn’t for Gary and Michelle. I doubt we’d have such great service from a faceless online company. Thank you both 😊

I purchased a property in Foxall Way from Hunters in Little Sutton in September '17. They've strung me on for the last 5 months whilst the seller has failed to find a new property - turns out this happened to a previous buyer and despite knowing this lied to me (twice) about the fact this had happened with them. Upon making a purchase and agreeing a price, they asked to see proof I could afford to pay for the property, after seeing this they then said the seller had another offer for property (total lies) and asked if I would increase offer and upon failing to do so still the sale progressed. 5 months later and patchy contact from them (Gary takes more holidays than Father Christmas apparently) they've again tried to fleece me for more money for the property despite agreeing a price to which I've declined and the property has been put back on the market days later. In my experience, if you want to have your time wasted, be extorted and cost you £1000's in the process then Hunters should be your first choice. If you actually want to buy a house and move into it with no issues then avoid purchasing a property through these. 1 star as 0 isn't an option.
