Dear Mr Kumar, You are obviously entitled to your opinion although we would like to point out that this may be due to the fact, we have had to charge you for damage to the carpet after your vacation, which is verified by the inventory taken at the start and end of your tenancy. It is of no benefit to us to withhold money from a deposit, we are only the middleman between you and the landlord, we did our best for both of you and we wish you all the very best for the future.
