GoogleThey cheat and treat tenants highly unfair. There's no use to keep the property in a good condition, you'll never see your deposit back. We left the house in much better condition than it was when we moved in. We hardly lived there, however we rented a professional company to clean all carpets. The reasons we were given for not giving us the money back were just sad (had nothing to do with the reality). Don't even bother cleaning the property when you're leaving. GoogleI have been dealing with Homeworld in Crewe as a landlord for over 7 years and I find them to be excellent in everything that they do. I live abroad and they look after my properties very well taking care of everything for me including any repairs, paying utility bills, sourcing tenants etc. The list is endless. When I first bought rental properties the owner of the business even took me to view properties to give he his expert opinion on the correct properties to purchase. ALL of the staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I would be lost without them. I would highly recommend them to any prospective landlord or tenant who is looking for help in the rental/letting sector. Keep up the great work and services that you offer Homeworld, your amazing πππ

GoogleWould like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at homeworld. I lived in one of there properties for 9 years, moved to another one of there properties didn't settle in the new house. Went in there quite upset and they bent over backwards for me and my family. I'm now back in out old home couldn't be happier. Thanks guys we so greatful for everything π

GoogleBreached my contract on a number of occasions by letting themselves into the property when I was at work & tried to lie about it. Tried to overcharge for rent & extend notice periods... Would never call you back when you had a problem & when you finally get hold of them they respond with 'I haven't called you because I'm not sure what to do' - how about your job? ***AVOID!!!***

GoogleI've been with homeworld for nearly two years now and they are truly the best!! Couldn't ask to be with a better lettings agency, nothing is to much trouble and regardless of what you need they'll always go above and beyond to help! Couldn't imagine being with anyone else, the team are fabulous and Karen, Emma and Sarah specifically are absolutely wonderful!!!
