Zac was honestly outstanding from start to finish. He helped us secure our rental and made what can often be a stressful process feel completely seamless. From our first conversation, he was friendly, polite and incredibly professional. What really surprised us was learning he’s relatively early in his career, you would never guess. He handled everything with the confidence, knowledge and composure of someone who has been in the industry for years. He always kept us updated, answered questions quickly and clearly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly. Nothing felt like too much trouble. He’s going to go very far. A top lettings agent and a real credit to Brown & Merry, we couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Cannot speak highly enough of Jodie at the Aylesbury branch. Was recently relocating back to Aylesbury for work and looking for a good rental property, and Jodie was absolutely amazing in organising online viewings and sorting all the necessary paperwork for me. Every time there was a problem she was there to help and support. Have dealt with many of the local agents in the past, and Brown & Merry are by far the best, 100% would recommend.

I spoke to Anthony regarding a house I wanted to view and he was incredibly warm and welcoming and put me at ease as this is my first home purchase. At the viewing, he gave me time to take everything in before chatting about ideas and little secret things the house holds that I wouldn’t have found on a first viewing. We bought through Brown and Merry- longest house purchase timeframe ever (19 months) due to broken chains and other issues. Brown and Merry were highly professional and supportive throughout the challenging process. Edward was encouraging and helpful every time we spoke and kept in constant contact- even with congratulatory phone calls on exchange on contracts. The best high street estate agent I have worked with- and I’ve known a few.
