GoogleChancellors, Bicester office, dealt very professionally with our house sale and were diligent at providing feedback and updates. Vinny and John in particular were both helpful and proactive in keeping the sale on track and following through on our instructions. GoogleThe team at Chancellors were brilliant all the way through the process of selling our house. We dealt mostly with Alistair, who was very professional and had lots of good advice. We also met Pharez, Brandon and Dan, all were really helpful and patient. I wouldn't use any other estate agent.

As first time buyers, both myself and my partner were very unsure of the whole house buying process and it doesn't matter how many websites you look at, each house purchase contains different aspects. John Bouwer helped and guided us through the house buying process, being patient with us while always providing us with an professional yet friendly service.

They ensured that they kept in regular contact with us throughout the process; both by phone and email updates, and exceeded our expectations in terms of viewings booked. Overall they made the process of renting our house out as quick and easy as possible. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe purchased a property with Oliver and were impressed with how he organised viewings all on one afternoon to appropriate properties and didn't try and sell us things which weren't tailored to our needs.
