GoogleI started the sales process with Chancellors back in May 2016, Initially things were stagnant and there wasn't much interest in my property. Around August time of that year Oliver Marsden came on board the Bicester team and really turned things around for me. He generated a lot of interest within his first few weeks of joining and was a great help to myself from the word go. Would certainly recommend his services and the team at Chancellors Bicester to anyone.

GoogleWe have recently received an offer on our property through Chancellors Bicester. The decision to sell our family home and choice of estate agent was not made lightly and we are delighted to say we are extremely happy with both. From the very beginning Chancellors were extremely professional, considerate & supportive. We dealt mainly with Adam Sayers who has been an absolute star! Nothing was too much trouble, he made us feel like he really had our best interest at heart, he really listened to us. Adams positive attitude was second to none and he has made what could be a daunting process so much easier. We would have no hisitation in recommending Chancellors and most definitely Adam Sayers.

GoogleThe team at Chancellors were fantastic. Selling my property was at first a very daunting experience but they really made me feel at ease and guided me through the whole process step by step. The team all worked together to get me the best result and I always felt like they had the same agenda as me- even working late to fit in with my schedule. The team work so hard for you and are personable with it too. They talk to you as a real person and genuinely care about your wants and needs which is so refreshing in such a competitive market. I will certainly be using Chancellors again in the future and thoroughly recommend others to use them to.

GoogleAppalling service - Very unorganised, tried to book a viewing numerous times. Finally got one after 2 days of trying, but property went before we were due to view, eventhough we were first to enquire ( very frustrating) and our viewing wasnt cancelled, so I took time off work for nothing. Now I have lost out on renting the house I wanted, as well as having to make the time up at work. Very frustrating, will not be using them again and will advise anyone else to steer clear.

GoogleI have received an absolutely terrible service from Chancellors Bicester. They did not adequately keep me informed with what was going on & when I lost confidence in them, they refused to release me from the contract I signed. In dealing with me they have (in my opinion) breached numerous codes of conduct & I strongly recommend anyone to think twice before using them. I have had a terrible experience with Chancellors which I would not want anyone else to experience

GoogleIn the end we bought elsewhere because the house we wanted wasn't under a Chancellor's board, but the quality of service we received from this branch in our property search was quite exceptional. Excellent communication, friendly and supportive advice without being pushy, and great flexibility in arranging appointments. We dealt with many agents in our search, looking at almost 50 properties: Chancellors Bicester stands out head and shoulders. All this must also mean that their sellers are given the best chance of selling too. Certainly, If we were selling a ouse in Bicester, we'd be going to them!

Annie Walsh The lettings Manager at the Bicester office, has worked hard to re-assure us along the way. She is flexible, professional and sensitive to the needs of both the prospective tenant and the landlord and has a natural ability to put people at ease. So if you are looking for a skilled professional to deal with your move speak to Annie.

GoogleWe can't praise the Chancellors team highly enough. From our first point of contact right through to exchange of contracts they have been extremely helpful, friendly, organised and very professional. Excellent communication and prompt feedback about viewings. John Bouwer deserves particular praise for the way he took care of our sale and the support he offered us, but everyone within the Chancellors team seemed very up-to-date with what was happening with our sale. Would definitely use Chancellors again and would highly recommend them. They set a fantastic example of how an estate agent should be run.

I needed to find something within a fairly short time as I was visiting the UK just briefly. He didn't waste my time showing me anything outside of my brief. After our first meeting he showed me only properties which were all serious contenders for me. I have enjoyed my dealings with John all the way through to completion and hope to use his services again. I highly recommend him and wish him extremely well in his career.

A 6 day turnaround is a true reflection of the commitment & personal grasp that Vinny Kumar at the Bicester branch had on this sale. The HD pictures were no sooner on the market before a buyer put an offer in & it was gone!! We are very happy with the way things have turned out & can highly recommend the services of Chancellors - Well done guys! JF

We came from the U.S. and had only five days to find a home to rent during our stay in the U.K. The Bicester area is lovely and working with Annie from Chancellors has been a real pleasure. She has been incredibly quick to respond to our inquiries. Additionally, since our time was limited she was quite accommodating with regard to meeting times. GoogleI can't praise the Bicester team highly enough - Vinny, Joseph and John have been incredibly helpful, pleasant, supportive and above all, professional. I have received regular contact with the team and feedback has been honest and upfront. I like the way they have respected my privacy - which is difficult when your house is on the market, and they have been very kind in considering the pets. The advice I have been given on marketing the property and the sale has been excellent, they talked me though it all. Again, I can't praise them highly enough. The team are so nice I shall miss the phone calls. I can highly recommend Chancellors in Bicester.

GoogleI would definitely recommend Chancellors in Bicester if you are thinking of renting a property in Bicester. I did it for the first time 12 months ago and was very nervous about the whole thing, having heard "bad tenant" stories from my friends! However, Annie reassured me if you had the right people, you shouldn't have any problems and she was right! She found me a lovely couple almost immediately my house went on the market and got me a fantastic rental income. I found her to be knowledgeable, personable and patient!

GoogleI wanted to write this review not as a tenant but as an applicant for a suitable prospective property. I registered with Chancellors earlier this year with a view to moving back to Bicester and gave a list to Laura and Annie of very exacting standards and requirements and also requested that I be contacted with immediate effect if anything should come on their books matching my needs. I was indeed contacted immediately that a potentially suitable property became available and made to feel like a priority customer. I would highly recommend this company/branch and Annie/Laura for their attention to detail and restoring my ever decreasing faith in Estate Agents. Good service is close to my heart and hard to come by so thank you and well done!

She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property - which she did! - and helped us throughout the process. Due to our location, we were unable to view the property but trusted her implicitly with our final choice - and I am so glad we did as we are very happy with our new home! She answered all of our questions, and was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Chancellors (and Laura)!

GoogleWhat a great experience we have had with chancellors. Its not often you get great service these days, but Annie Walsh has gone out of her way to make everything as quick and easy as possible. We first joined chancellors in 2010 where she went out of her way to accomodate our crazy work schedules and helped us view a few houses on her day off. We have since moved and was delighted to find another home through Chancellors. She knew what we wanted, and took us straight there! We are extremely happy in our new home and its all thanks to her! She is a great asset to your team in Bicester!!

They kept in touch frequently, either by phone or email, from our first contact with Chancellors until the tenants they found for us were ready to move in. We really liked Annie and Laura's friendly, flexible and professional approach. We knew that we could ring them about any matter and that it would be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
