“I have recently purchased and subsequently let, a property through Hodders, where I have been dealing with Rob Alderton and Matt Cefai in the lettings department. I just wanted to say what a wonderful service I have received from both of them. They are on the ball, always available to speak to and they've both always answered any queries with professionalism and assurance. If an award is given at your company, I would highly recommend both of them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hodders to friends and family and would certainly use your company again. Absolute rubbish service.. Unprofessional staff who lie and only protect the interests of their greedy landlords. If you have an endless pot of money Hodders will bend over backwards. Would never use again and will certainly circulate my experience far and wide.

Hi Elaine, I understand from speaking to Matthew the lettings manager there was an issue with our client not accepting a dog and then changing his mind by which point your notice had been retracted.
