They use very shady business practises. They tell local builders how much you have offered so that they offer higher. the builders will then do the place up then sell it back through them and they can get more commission. Very dirty practises I would avoid.

So helpful and courteous Thank you so much especially to Ellouise who has been absolutely amazing at helping us with our rental property. We're just in the process of changing over tenants and the whole process from marketing to inspection of the property and making arrangements with the new tenants has been seamless. I hope we will continue a long term landlord-agency relationship.

This Estate Agent does careful market appraisals but the offers rarely match the market value and communication is generally poor (mainly phone) and the complaints system non-existent. Probably the underlying cause is a conflict of interest between providing mortgages and serving the sellers' best interest.

GoogleDreadful people..very poor service..on every level...do not use these people..they evidently have an army of friends saying how great they are which is simply not true...doubtless this branch will close...proving what a mendacious lot all these people actually are...they are useless..a loud sounding nothing...the man in charge should be ashamed and exposed as the liar he undoubtedly is
