GoogleWe recently purchased a house that Perry Bishop were the acting Estate Agent for and we found them to be extremely helpful; from the beginning they went out of their way to get me a viewing at the house we liked at very short notice as we had a small window available to us to fit in the viewing. Once our offer was accepted we found them to be very professional and very good at communicating with us as the purchase processed. I was in regular contact with Lucy in the Sales Progression team and found her extremely helpful and professional. They were certainly a much better example of good customer service over the Estate Agent I had used for the sale of my previous property. GoogleWe sold our house with the Bath Road office earlier this year and would thoroughly recommend them. We asked a number of estate agents to value our house before putting it on the market. From the first time we contacted the office they was very helpful, took the time to listen to us and gave us their honest opinion. We chose to put our house on the market with Perry Bishop and they continued to impress us. They kept us informed with planned viewings and followed up with feedback from each viewing, never once did we have to chase them! Our house sale went through very smoothly and we believe this was due to the efficiency in communicating with all parties involved, ensuring nothing was neglected.

GoogleDuring the sale of our family home I have been very impressed with both the sales team and sales progression side of Perry Bishop - Lynn has the patience of a saint! Having seen over 30 properties in our house search we've been exposed to a number of estate agents and I believe Perry Bishop's service really stands above the competition. One of their key selling points as an agent is the very high level of communication they have with you as a vendor and buyer. We were never left in the dark. If we move again I know who'll we will first call for a valuation!

FacebookThe very best estate agents around! Thank you so much for wanting to sell me a house, you are a rare breed indeed. Having contacted your Faringdon office to ask to view a property not only were you actually available at the time I wanted (I appreciate you had to juggle things around to suit me) however you also suggested viewing a few other properties. Other estate agents weren't particularly bothered with doing any of this! Your enthusiasm and knowledge of the properties you were selling was commendable. I wasn't foisted onto nervous or overkeen vendors to be shown round but kindly guided round 3 villages by 3 of your lovely staff. All of you were professional, however also warm hearted and sensitive to my needs, encouraging but not pushy. I have now found a suitable property and if I ever need to sell in the future I'll most definitely be trusting you to be the estate agents to get me the sale. I really cannot thank you enough for your help and guidance.
