We recently moved and used Gavin and the team to support our move. A big thanks to the team for the last couple of months. A great experience from start to finish. Really great knowledge of the local markets and elements that went the extra mile included a WhatsApp group with my wife and I that enabled speedy responses to questions and support the planned open days on the house. Photos were brilliant (thanks to Ed their photographer) and provided a good opportunity to collaborate together to choose the right photos that offered the property in its best light. I never felt any request was too much and the happy and positive approach from the team to facilitate the sale felt very much worth the money (I don't say that about estate agents in general having moved a few times in my life). Thoroughly recommend.

I really loved working with Perry Bishop during the sale of my property. Gavin was great at getting the hall rolling and had an excellent knowledge of the current situation in the market. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and really liked the email systems which notified me of viewings. Neil was excellent as usual and helped with the 15+ viewings in the first few days of going to market. Once things moved to the sales progression team Jade really helped to keep things moving and navigated some complicated issues that arose. We had a very long and drawn-out process due to slow solicitors and others in the chain. The only saving grace was Perry Bishop. They negotiated well for us which meant we could put in an offer on an amazing house! They've been easy to get in contact with and were happy to help with any queries and questions. The sales progression team, in particular Jade, were fantastic and sympathetic to a frustrating lead up to exchange. The purchase process with Perry Bishop was very smooth. Stephanie worked hard to find us the perfect property and gave honest advice. The transition from sales to sales progression was seamless and I can’t recommend Elaine North highly enough. Her communication skills are exceptional: keeping you up to date, providing gentle reminders but never making you feel pressured. You know she is working for the seller (I was the buyer), but I never felt that she was anything other than neutral throughout the process. I felt she was genuinely pleased for me when the sale went through. When we went to collect the keys the office team were very friendly and even gave us a welcome box of goodies perfect for moving day!

We bought a house from Perry Bishop in 2019. Offer was accepted in End of May and we got the key in early August, which is supper quick compared with the national average. I am very pleased with their service as a buyer. We were going to do an loft extension to the house at that time and we tried to combine the design process with the conveyancing process. So we requested to take architect, builders, surveyors and planning officers to visit the house quite a few times and they tried their best to accommodate our requests and really helped us to run the whole project as smoothly as possible. We managed to get planning permission just before completion and on the the day we completed the house we handed over the key to our builder to start with the construction. 3 months later, we completed the construction in early December. Very quick turnaround. We recommend their service and would definitely buy from them again (Of course, when we have the money. )

(review based on purchasing from Perry Bishop) From the first viewing I had on the house we eventually purchased up until completion, Perry Bishop have been absolutely fantastic! Estate agents in general do have a 'reputation' and I am extremely pleased to say Perry Bishop do not live up to that reputation, they have been a pleasure to deal with! One of the most frustrating things when looking for a house is when EA over priced properties. The property in question was certainly not over priced and was priced to sell, what all customers want! The viewings were managed efficiently (what you want!), the offer process was managed extremely well and the after-sales service was second to none! Perry Bishops have a dedicated after-sales service team who provide relevant updates on a weekly process, not something you would expect from a traditional EA but much appreciated! I have to say a special thank you to Jackie who handled the offer process in a professional and timely manner, thank you! Also a big thank you to Lynn (after-sales) who provided helpful updates throughout the whole processing process. I haven't come across many estate agents that I am particularly fond of but I would have no hesitation in recommending Perry Bishop to anyone who wants a quality estate agent to manage their property!
