GoogleBeware of renting through Colburn Properties when Perry Bishop is acting as your agent. The deposit return process is slow, poorly communicated, and includes unfair deductions. What should be straightforward becomes a stressful and frustrating experience, tenants deserve far better.
Good afternoon Michael, I am sorry to share that when you left the property you hadn’t made any effort to clean anything , it was thick with dust and debris in all the rooms, the bathroom and kitchen required extensive cleaning and the rear courtyard was overgrown. When you moved into the property it was brand new. The property was not managed by Perry Bishop and on numerous occasions we asked that you contact the landlord directly regarding your deposit and the proposed deductions. Quotes to rectify the damages were required before the remainder of your deposit could be released. We wish you all the best in your next home. Sian Harris MD Perry Bishop Lettings

GoogleThe team at Perry Bishop Cheltenham performed well during the sale of my fathers’ house. The property was very much a “doer upper” so was not the easiest to shift. However, once a realistic price was established and a time waster dealt with, the property was sold quickly and efficiently.

GoogleProperty was sold / completed on in an awful condition, required formal cleaning - no support when raised. Poor communication. Follow up communication that is irrelevant, out of touch and belies our experience. Estate agents that are true to the stereotype.

Really great knowledge of the local markets and elements that went the extra mile included a WhatsApp group with my wife and I that enabled speedy responses to questions and support the planned open days on the house. Photos were brilliant (thanks to Ed their photographer) and provided a good opportunity to collaborate together to choose the right photos that offered the property in its best light. I never felt any request was too much and the happy and positive approach from the team to facilitate the sale felt very much worth the money (I don't say that about estate agents in general having moved a few times in my life). Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleI really loved working with Perry Bishop during the sale of my property. Gavin was great at getting the hall rolling and had an excellent knowledge of the current situation in the market. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and really liked the email systems which notified me of viewings. Neil was excellent as usual and helped with the 15+ viewings in the first few days of going to market. Once things moved to the sales progression team Jade really helped to keep things moving and navigated some complicated issues that arose. Her excellent communication skills helped to keep things as simple as possible ans kept things on track. Would 100% recommend Perry bishop and will certainly use them again.

GoogleWe had a very long and drawn-out process due to slow solicitors and others in the chain. The only saving grace was Perry Bishop. They negotiated well for us which meant we could put in an offer on an amazing house! They've been easy to get in contact with and were happy to help with any queries and questions. The sales progression team, in particular Jade, were fantastic and sympathetic to a frustrating lead up to exchange. She worked tirelessly to chase things up and down the chain, and always got information back to us as soon as she was able, for which we are very grateful and we cannot recommend or thank her enough. FacebookThe purchase process with Perry Bishop was very smooth. Stephanie worked hard to find us the perfect property and gave honest advice. The transition from sales to sales progression was seamless and I can’t recommend Elaine North highly enough. Her communication skills are exceptional: keeping you up to date, providing gentle reminders but never making you feel pressured. You know she is working for the seller (I was the buyer), but I never felt that she was anything other than neutral throughout the process. I felt she was genuinely pleased for me when the sale went through. When we went to collect the keys the office team were very friendly and even gave us a welcome box of goodies perfect for moving day!
