GoogleI have had such a wonderful experience selling my house though Kingsley Evans and especially with Alex Holmes. Selling your home is extremely stressful but the whole process has run smoothly. Alex always returns my calls on the same day and when I'm feeling anxious manages to calm me down and find a solution to the problem that I'm feeling stressed about. He has gone above and beyond being an Estate Agent and I would not hesitate in highly recommending Kingsley Evans and everyone that works there. It is a very personnel service that you get. You feel you are in safe hands. I am very grateful to Alex for everything that he has done in getting the house sale completed in such a short time.

They sold our house in 3 months after it had been on the market for 16 months with the former agent. Nicola handled our sale very effectively. All of the staff appeared well informed of our sale when we phoned and were very pleasant to deal with.
