GoogleBelvoir Cheltenham fully managed our rental property for 13 years. Always provided above excellent service and good communications. Recently we decided to sell our property via Belvoir. Again, excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile.

GoogleBelvoir succeeded in finding a buyer for my flat, and at the price point they initially suggested. Ultimately that’s what an estate agent should be judged on, and it’s something that’s far from guaranteed from my prior experience. The service was professional, and I welcomed what I considered to be wholly genuine advice from Leah throughout the sales process. Through no fault of Belvoir’s the sale took a while to conclude and I was grateful to both Leah and Samantha’s communication and expertise in moving things forward.

Avoid Belvoir, they have this rolling contract booby trap which they can't even explain what is the benefit to landlords. When they want something, they are very efficient. When you request something, if they don't like it, they delay to respond and ignore your questions. You must avoid them like a plague! Until they practice the business properly.
