Have used Belvoir for 20 years for my residential let’s. Seen several staff over that time. Nothing is ever too much. I have been debating buying a new buy to let for over 2 years and they are always more than happy to advise on rental potential. Even popping to view some ! Jodee has recently viewed a property I am now purchasing and her advice has been invaluable

Belvoir are completely useless. Actually they are less than useless! Staff members are rude! Maintenance are incredibly slow and inefficient when it comes to getting even the smallest jobs done. I have been living in my property for about a year now which I have been renting through Belvoir and am very pleased to be moving out this weekend!! Do NOT recommend!!

GoogleWhen I first wanted to lat my property, I 'phoned a number of agencies. Belvoir were the only ones who knew the property location and type of property without needing to be told! I have found them always to act promptly, and communicate with clarity, politely and with friendliness. They give me confidence that my property is managed with care.

GoogleI have been letting my furnished one bedroom flat with Belvoir for over five years and have never been without a tenant. All the tenants have been carefully vetted and we have never had any problems with any of them. All maintenance is undertaken in a timely manner and queries are answered promptly. I can highly recommend Belvoir to landlords.

GoogleThey don't deserve one star, I do not recommend them to any landlords, my house was left with terrible damage, they have been useless, maybe they are fine if the tenants are well behaved and they don't have to do much, happily taking their cut of the rent but not so happy to do a proper job.
