The entire process of buying

The entire process of buying a small investment property through Belvoir Cheltenham has been a good one! At initial viewing Leah was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. A complete contrast to other local estate agents who were nowhere as good! Once our offer to purchase was accepted Leah's recommendation of a Cheltenham solicitor was excellent too, making the whole buying process stress free. Communication was good and queries were answered quickly. Highly recommend the whole team and in particular Leah, but also Sammie, Jodee and Neil who always did their best to assist if Leah was out of office.

We have been clients for two years and have been very satisfied with the service received. We now live in Portugal so rely on Belvoir to handle any problems on our behalf (essentially arranging for small electrical/plumbing tasks to be carried out - plus the important job of identifying and 'processing' suitable tenants). One tiny improvement would be in the feedback area (ie putting our minds at rest when necessary and agreed work has been completed). Overall, absolutely no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Cheltenham.
