I can wholeheartedly recommend the services of this estate agency, recommended to us by a friend. Initially it was the cheaper charges and speed of response that attracted us, but later it was the kindness & support offered, even after completion, that I valued more.We were in a chain & Antony Perez looked after us for the 6 months it took for our sale to complete. Friendly and professional service

Andrews worked hard to find us buyers when interest rates were fluctuating a lot. They always kept us informed by email or phone of any developments and were proffessonal at all times and were sensitive to the fact we were selling our late mother's bungalow. All the staff we spoke to were friendly and they always took pains to make sure we understood what was happening with our sale.

I cannot rate Andrews high enough for the support I was given to sell my house particularly I would like to thank March Wilmot as she mainly dealt with the sale. It was a complex sale as it was a shared ownership, March researched all of the legalities over and above what was expected of the estate agency role and advised me every step of the way. Issy took on board my comments regarding the condition of the property, and was at pains to stress their rental properties were usually in a better condition than the one viewed. Following the viewing Issy got back to me and confirmed that there were a number of works scheduled to bring the property up to the standard expected. Very professional thoughout even when trying to show an apartment that was not in a rentable condition.

We had a complicated house sale and purchase with a number of issues in the chain, but Steven Pearce at Andrews managed the process very well for us. The process had stalled but thanks to Steven he got things moving again and kept on top of it until completion.
