The team were so helpful and proactive from the beginning of the sale process, Emily asked for a Teams chat very early on to get an idea of what I was after, as I live in Australia so was unable to meet in person. Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Our small block of flats feels like it has had a rejuvenation thanks to Luke and we the Directors are most grateful.

Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Throughout it, Emma was positive, supportive, and proactive - she actively interacted with our solicitors and the buyers to try and speed up action and improve communications. Furniture deliveries when you live…

Furniture deliveries when you live abroad can be more stressful than normal - especially because you cannot be there to receive them. Don't use for shared ownership selling

Instructed Andrews Cheltenham to sell my property in summer 2021 after falling for the sales pitch of shared ownership selling experience. Karl was fantastic and shared all paperwork quickly with shared ownership partner. However due to delays caused by cook taylor Woodhouse (Andrews recommended solicitors) and the shared ownership partner we remarketed in summer 2022 and yes new offers came in quickly, I cant fault Andrews for that. However on acceptance of an offer amd sadly Karl moving on, Andrews did not liaise with shared ownership partner as they had done 1st time, didnt send AIP and validated offer documents (which as seller i dont see). This caused 6 months of Andrews chasing my solicitor who wasn't confirmed to shared ownership partner who still assumed we were on 1st buyer and so ignored correspondence. As shared ownership property this delay led to 4 RICs survey valuations (by Allied Surveyors, they are great) being required in order to complete at over £200 a time. Staff assigned to my sale moved on, often not appraised of this (or the buyer), with one replacement giving me the buyers number directly to liaise. We did this between ourselves and progressed to completion within a couple of months when in direct contact and not with Andrews. Please avoid if selling Shared ownership, or request to be copied in on everything that's sent and don't believe without proof that correct correspondence has been shared with the right parties.
