Lisa from Andrews helped me and my partner through the purchase of our first home. It was quite a long process and had a few hiccups and stresses along the way. But Lisa was absolutely fantastic, she handled every aspect of it efficiently and effectively with the upmost professionalism, it really put our minds at ease. We couldn't have asked for more! Andrews at Bear flat not only sold my home but found me the perfect bungalow too. From start to completion the ‘team’ updated me throughout and acted on any worries I had along the way. Emma Mussert was the agent I dealt with mainly and Emily Snell whenever Emma was out of office. You could not wish for a better service and two nicer people. Words to describe both are, professional, knowledgable (explaining next steps), reassuring and acting straight away if I had a question or concern. I highly recommend Andrews at Bear flat to anyone selling and/ or buying. You would be nurtured through the process and the entire team take great interest and are so professionally friendly.

Janine Derbyshire is everything you…

Janine Derbyshire is everything you could hope for when it comes to property management. We had a few issues when we first moved into our new flat, but Janine was extremely supportive and has great customer service skills. She put through work orders the same day the issues were raised and within a matter of 2 days everything was resolved. Cannot fault her service or ask for more! My boiler broke on a Saturday…

My boiler broke on a Saturday afternoon, I called the office and spoke to Kay who was super helpful in helping me trouble shoot the boiler over the phone. It still didn’t work unfortunately so on Monday morning Louisa got right on it and called the engineer for me. When he didn’t contact me within a few hours she chased him up again for me and he was at my door within a couple hours and fixed it. Louisa then called me back a couple days later to check everything was still okay and still working. Both Kay and Louisa were very efficient and on top of things, can’t complain about anything! Fab customer service. Thanks guys!

My experience with Andrew's - Luke in leasehold

My experience with Andrew's over the years has been very hit and miss. However, since Luke in Leasehold has been working for Andrew's my entire experience of the company has changed. He is truly amazing! He is intelligent, knowledgeable, a great problem solver, and an all round excellent person. Luke is quick to reply, and offers support above and beyond always. He has supported me with some very complex property issues recently and has actually calmed me with his support and expertise. My experience of Andrew's as a company would not be the same without him (please never leave).

My partner and I were looking for a flat to rent. Jasmine was very responsive to the online query and called me to book a viewing within the hour of sending the email. Communication with the team is fast and straightforward. The online referencing can be done in your own time. We were updated regularly through email. The team is friendly and warm. Prior to this move we also rented through Andrews. When we visited their office recently, Hayley still remembered us from a year ago. Little things like this made the service really personal.

Brilliant customer service

Me and my partner have just finalised on a new rental property and I can say without any doubt that in the 27 years I’ve been renting, Andrews have been the best to deal with. Nicole has been on hand throughout to put my partners mind at ease and we met Hayley today to sort out some final bits of paperwork and she too was brilliant. Any house move is a traumatic time but Nicole and Hayley have made it so much easier. If you’re buying or selling, renting or letting, then you can’t go wrong with Andrews.

Jodi is the most amazing estate agent.

Me and my family were being kicked out of the house and were really struggling to find a house and we went on rightmove and applied for this one house which was absolutely perfect for us, I applied for it in the morning and my mum got a call around an hour or less later and we had got our first viewing, my mum mentioned how her and an estate agent called Jodi had got on so well and we all had such high hopes, the viewing came along and we fell inlove with the house and Jodi was so amazing and helpful, we mentioned how we now have a puppy and we started to lose hope and then we got a call the weekend after and we were told we got the house. Andrews estate agent - Fantastic service Fantastic Results

Having used Andrews in the past to buy and sell a property we decided to invite them to do a market asking price survey. Andrews completed the survey and during a visit to the property explained in great detail how and why the came to the valuation. They explained the current market conditions and provided a copy of the brochure they produce for the property. We were very happy and asked what would be the next step and commision rates if we decided to proceed with Andrews. Again this was explained in detail and clarity. Were were happy with the valuation and impressed with the team so decided to proceed with putting the property on the market with Andrews.A convenient day was arranged for an open day at the property and the team filled most of the available time slots. On Monday as was agreed we received 6 offers for the property and didn't feel pressured to select to select on. Time and space was afforded to us to decide. The whole process of selling a property is quite stressful and long winded, the Team at Andrews were always available to to and kept us updated with progress as much as the could.I would highly recommend Andrews estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell and property and now consider them to be the "Family estate agent".

I have been a long term Andrews Customer recently the Leasehold Dept changed the Agent responsible for our block (at our/the directors request)and having Luke Timms now as our contact is a breath of fresh air compared to what we have had in the past. Luke has done more for us in 6 months then the previous person did in 3 years. His honest, direct approach is much appreciated and the time he has given to ensure that we are happy with ongoing projects etc is so helpful. Our small block of flats feels like it has had a rejuvenation thanks to Luke and we the Directors are most grateful.

Bear Flat - Emma Mussert - absolutely fantastic experience

Bear Flat - Emma Mussert. Emma has been leading and supporting with our recent property sale. The process, through matters outside of her control, was very complex and spanned nearly 6 months. Throughout it, Emma was positive, supportive, and proactive - she actively interacted with our solicitors and the buyers to try and speed up action and improve communications. She constantly prioritised checking in to see what more she could do, was instant on her communication and responses and was a real shine of light throughout what was quite a tough and stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend Emma, she has been absolutely super and the best experience I have ever had with an estate agent.
