We have seen an advert for the flat rental via Andrews agency in Horley, UK.It was easy to get a viewing arranged.On the day of the viewing Stephen (gentleman from Andrews) has called to kindly direct us to the property, which was really nice of him.We then met him at the property, he was very professional and explained all very well.He was polite and nice to talk to and gave us a very good impression (considering that we had some very bad experience with some other agents from different agency in Horley).

Our experience with Andrew Palmer at Andrews Estate Agents was excellent from start to end. This is to praise an Andrews agent who is linked to the Midsomer Norton branch in Somerset. My agent, Justine Baggelaar, stuck with me throughout a difficult sale attempt and gave so much of her time and advice to me. I felt I had a personal agent which was so much easier than dealing with different people each time I called them. She was efficient and patient with my needs, I had a property which we knew was difficult to sell but nevertheless she found me a buyer. At some point in the dealings I had cause to phone and discuss some problems, and she was right there to help me through it.In all, a pleasant dealing with Andrews, especially this agent, whom I thank very much for spending so much time on this. Highly recommended.

Awful Awful AwfulI am not even a direct client but part of a chain and without doubt every hold up has been Andrews and as soon as their client uses DC Law - well we are in a land of no hope!!! AWFUL
I am sorry for you experience with Andrews.We became aware of challenges with some customers experience and addressed these as quickly as we could with our conveyancing partner.These issues were exacerbated by a peak of demand in conveyancing during 2022, compounded by behaviour changes during and after Covid lockdowns. These guys are incredibly greedy and have more than played their part in the ridiculously high rents in Bristol. They have called up friends of mine who let properties through them constantly telling them they should increase the rent that they charge to their tenants. These guys are disgusting and have no souls. A friend of mine who has an 11 year old child has been made homeless because of them. She was paying £1400 per month for a 3 bedroom house but they wanted the rent to meet other rents in the area which have been pushed up to over £2000 per month due to the housing crisis in Bristol..rents which have been pushed up by people like them! Please don't do business with these people

Andrews in Southfields have just found us new tenants for a flat in Replingham Road. Tomasz and Michael pulled out all the stops to find new tenants and the new tenants moved in today. They kept us informed throughout the process and could not have provided a better service. They have found us tenants for other flats in Replingham Road in the past and their service on these lettings was equally good.
