Katie Maggs was excellent, especially when my conveyancers were slightly delayed, things didn't seem to be moving or if I had any questions that weren't explained by my conveyancers and assumed I would know specific details as a first time buyer. I'm a landlord who has been letting my flat through Andrews for some years now. Lately, there have been some problems with ground movement and cracking in the walls. My agent, at Headington branch in Oxford, has a wealth of experience in this kind of thing and has helped me by ensuring that the surveyors have received all the necessary information to make getting to the bottom of this issue as straightforward as possible. She has years of experience, has been efficient and friendly, and has a direct and pragmatic approach to problem solving, which takes a lot of the stress away when dealing with these kinds of occurrences.
