We recently had pleasure to deal with MUKUL MEHTA the Mortgage and Protection Adviser at the Kingsbury office, the mortgage offer was issued in 3 days only, and all the process with the lender went smooth and easy, also not to forget he answers the phone whenever you need him, and reply to you quickly if you are stressed, which is hard, to find a broker to speak to you at weekends, evenings, anytime, I'm glad that I met and dealt with him, I dealt before with different broker but took me ages to get answers and offers, but with him only in few days.Highly recommended,

Great personal, caring and genuine service from my local Bear Flat Andrews estate Agents. I had 3 valuations and chose this office because of the initial meeting with Emily...she is interested engaging and very professional as well as being very easy to get on with.It was nice to have some enthusiasm right from the off...unlike a few other places I had valuations from.I was fortunate to sell the house to the first person that viewed it!.....the sale and then transactions were pushed along by Emma who was efficient and helpful. My buyer had a personal crisis in the midst of the sale and Emma handled this with sensitivity and professionalism to complete the whole sale.Keith and Sophie in the office were also really kind and on hand when I had a call or query. Selling your house and in my case business after 25 years was a daunting prospect....however due to the friendly caring people in this office ...the sale went through quickly and without too much stress!!

Honest, straightforward, and professional, Nicole is everything you wish for in an estate agent. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicole to others planning to rent.Glines (not sure of his first name) and Shannon were also amazing. When the process was taking a little bit longer than expected, Glines was patient, quick to reply, communicated with us, and played a key part in ensuring the issue was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. Andrews is well located in Wallington high street, has a good mix of properties to rent and buy. I can recommend Bobbie Caller in the lettings team she is very pleasant and professional to work with. As a landlord she has helped me find tenants multiple times. She is quick to respond and very fair person to work with. Gets all the contracts and referencing sorted very quickly and efficiently. Overall, Andrews is a good estate agent and has clear contract terms.

We chose to sell our house with Andrews after renting the house with them for the last 5 years. We were impressed with the service we received from the whole sales team at Andrews Bear Flat. After receiving one low valuation for our house, Rory Mactaggart was reassuring and knowledgeable about what similar houses had sold for recently and was convincing about what we could achieve for our house (and he was spot on!)Once we had accepted an offer, Emily Snell was very diligent and kept us updated on how the sale was progressing with the solicitors. We were also able to get updates from other members of the sales team when people were on annual leave which was appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend Andrews to anyone looking to sell their house in Bath.

We found this property on onthemarket.com and contacted Andrews about a viewing. They took a few details and then made an appt for us to view. The day of the viewing came and upon entry to the property we were met and welcomed by a colleague of Andrews who was very friendly but professional and allowed us to look around the property without pressure and answered all our questions promptly and efficiently. Renting a new property

I found myself in the situation of having to look for a new property to rent. I had email alerts set up, one came through for a property close to where I was living. I immediately went into my local Andrews to arrange a viewing. I managed to get a viewing the same day and made and offer. 2 weeks later I was moving into that new property. I have to say our property manager nicola Is absolutely amazing Nothing is ever to much trouble. Even when on annual leave I always have a response as soon as she returns. Leave a message she always calls back. Nothing is ever to much trouble. Nicola is always there with a helping hand and goes above and beyond. I have rented a property with Andrews for over 5 years and I have NEVER had a issue with them. Everything that needs to be done have been done. Paperwork is always up to date. Gas safety and electrical checks are always done even when I forget they are due! Work that needs to be done is always done. They only ever a call and email away if I need anything. From all rental companies I have come across they have to be up there with the best. So thank you again Nicola and Andrews

I've just completed a house purchase through Bear Flat Branch. Excellent support and service from Emma M from first viewing, all through the solicitors process to completion! Constant progress updates. When contacting the branch if Emma wasn't available I was pleasantly surprised to find all the rest of the team were totally up to speed with what was happening on our house especially during negotiations.
