Andrews made the process of finding new tenants seamless, start to finish it was easy and from my perspective almost effortless. They found a new tenant really quickly and provided paperwork that was clear and understandable. They were responsive to any queries I had and remained professional throughout the whole experience. I can thoroughly recommend them.

I've called and emailed countless times to enquire about different properties to view and even booked a viewing online. So far ive never had a phone pick up or 1 email responded to. I know things move fast so have called them immediately after receiving a rightmove alert and nothing. Very strange not to even get an 'its gone' message back. Ive not dealt with any other agent this bad. Very strange set up.

I am a first time buyer and was quite anxious and unsure about the process but Emma Mussert from the Bear Flat branch was incredibly helpful. She was always really quick to respond to any calls or emails and explain everything, and helped the purchase to go smoothly. I am really grateful for all the assistance.

They are absolutely disgraceful and rude. As soon as you get to sign a contract with them they wont care about you.We have a broken shower for 4 months, and we are unable to shower at home and have no bath. They keep dragging the repairs and keep promising unrealistic dates. It's been like that for 4 months and nothing has been done.Whenever I call in to complain, their admins are very rude and disrespectful, and speak to you with absolute disrespect/show no interest to help you.

GooglePoor customer service once you've sold. If you want absolutely no after sales care and no-one to return your call, then this is the Estate Agent for you. We ended up repeatedly phoning the Estate Agents that we purchased from to find out about the chain underneath us, rather than Andrews who were selling our property (and we were paying for!). In fact the only efficiency that we saw was the short time taken to send their invoice through.

I offered on a property via Andrews which was accepted and went through the full process of completion leading to exchange over six months, days before expected completion the vendor changed their mind and I was left with solicitor and mortgage fees to pay. The property was remarketed by Andrews the next day, this was the worst experience ever and I would never use it recommend them. Not sure how this was allowed I will be seeking legal advice

Absolutely disgraceful company. I rented a property managed by them and what a bad experience! Issues with the property reported time and time again, lights not working in communal areas, expected to walk up stairs in pitch black dark, toilet not working, heating not working, rent increased again and again despite the issues not being sorted. They had the cheek to book viewings for new tennants after we gave notice with 10 hours notice after telling them time and time again I work nights and sleep daytimes. Took 3 months to get any kind of deposit back, accused us of leaving the property in a mess and "hired" cleaners which charged us £100+ and heard from a neighbour the cleaner was told to do "the bare minimum". Been in contact with the new tennant of the property to find rent has increased yet again and there are still issues at the property. If you're desperate, go ahead, but if you have the choice stay well away!!!

If i could give zero stars i would of done, 1 star is far too much praise for this company. Dreadful customer service and no engagement at all from them. Avoid them if possible, unfortunately i had no choice and my contract was handed over to them. On leaving the property i received no communication regarding inspection, inventory, handing the keys back and now i have the impossible task of getting my deposit back. Fortunately it is protected but now over a month since i left property and still no response from them over deposit. Avoid if at all possible!

GoogleThis agency is a joke! I was booked as a first one to see the flat after current tenant allowed viewings. After week of waiting, on the day of viewing i got a phone call that this property is being rented to someone else. Gave them a call trying to find out how is this possible when i was told to be the first one to see the flat. Their response was pretty much like "sorry mate, it is what it is".
