GoogleTerrible customer service. Paid £50+ each so they could process our details for the landlord. Put in all our details and were just told to wait. Two weeks go by, we go into the office to see why we haven't heard anything. Turns out the employee who was meant to contact us about any problems just didn't so we had barely any time to correct our information. Ended up losing the house of course and had to rush to get another one with a private landlord.

GoogleI would strongly advice any first time buyers (or any actually) from buying a property from Andrews in Cheltenham. Their representation if the vendors is shocking. Their communication is shocking. They have left me and my husband VERY out of pocket as, even though we requested to keep items from the sale multiple times IN PERSON, via email and phone calls they still did not instruct the vendors (even though the vendors asked & wanted 24 hour reponse but the didn't BOTHER to call me and then lied about emailing me) what we wanted to keep and it was house cleared!!! I am now spending money on new appliances and rewiring as the cowboy clearers ripped everything out the wall. Oh and we also moved in to the property with no running water but... Supposedly that's our fault as we didn't check it. Absolute disgrace. Will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman.

Working with Jean-Pierre and Di was a delight. We all know how stressful renting a property can be, particularly during these times, but they really made the process smooth and easy for us. Their great communication and their honesty (something you rarely find with estate agents) were what impressed us most. We viewed a property yesterday and we were told we would get an email first thing this morning containing the deposit info and a form for the references. We said we wanted to move in on the 28th and was told that would be fine. We have told our Landlord she can move her house sale forward because we have found a property and we will be out by the end of next week.We have been chasing Andrews all day for the email they promised to send, only to be told there is another applicant and we have both been sent to the Landlord to review and she will come back Monday with a decision. What are we meant to do? its the 21st today and we needed to be in on the 28th? This is awful service to be told we have not yet secured the property at 5pm on a Friday when we were led to believe the deposit and references were just a technicality. awful service im so upset and annoyed

Andrews are great. I had an amazing experience with Andrews. What i like about Andrews is that they call themselves to the clients if there is any property available to let or for sale. I had an great experience with one of the staff who's name is Nancy Henley, very cooperative and helpful. She always response fast.

Has to be the worst estate agent I have ever encountered. 1 star is too much for them :DWe had broken shower in our flat for almost a year. We had to shower in ice cold water for 8 months. It took them 8 months to fix our shower, and all they had to do is install a water pump.They did this for other flats but for some reason it took them 8 months to do it for us.I have called them almost daily, and they have made numerous inspections. They are also very greedy. They have sent about a dozen of contractors from different companies to fit the pump, but after speaking to those contractors they said that Andrews would send them to get a quote, and after they give them their price, Andrews would ignore them...They have lied on multiple occasions, with their regional manager promising that the issue will be fixed in few days time (it wasn’t for months). They also lied about their managers being off on maternity, long term illness, retirement.. and I would then shortly speak to their managers and realise that they were not on maternity or sick leave.Admins seem to be useless and would lie and not leave case notes according to what the manager said.They only fixed the issue after I have raised the query with law firm. And surprisingly, after being legally requested to fix it, they did it in two days.
