I have had little to do with Andrew’s until a recent family crisis caused me to take over from my seriously ill wife. My wife was unable to communicate so I turned to Andrew’s, with whom she had been dealing for many years, for help during a tenancy changeover. Everyone I contacted was amazingly helpful and understanding but I must express particular gratitude to Hayley Tennet and Laura Bagley for their willingness to go the extra miles whilst I was struggling to deal with what life had delivered. No request or call for help was too much and the consideration and care demonstrated continuously, directly enabled me to continue to function. I will ever be grateful to Andrew’s generally and the ladies in particular.

Garry was absolutely brilliant! This was my first time purchasing a property on my own, and I didn’t know where to start or what to do. Garry was so supportive, and explained everything to me in ways someone new to the process could easily understand and process. His responses to my calls and emails were incredibly prompt and was always there to answer any of my questions and worries. He kept in touch regularly to ensure things were moving in the right direction throughout my purchase, and I couldn’t recommend Garry enough!! Thank you so much for all your support!

Highly Recommended...Shout out to Emma Mussert who was an absolute star. It's great to deal with somebody who goes out of their way to 'own' issues and ensure a resolution. Excellent service from Shamiya!

My viewing was memorable, largely due to the friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young lady, Shamiya who showed me around. Shamiya happily listened to my moans about how difficult and stressful it has been trying to find a new home, she seemed genuinely caring & empathetic around my current circumstances and seemed really quite happy that I appeared pleased the home seemed really suitable for myself and my son. Issy from the Downend Office showed us a property to rent on 21st December 2024. She was punctual and phoned us a few minutes before we were due to meet to explain where the best place to park was and where to enter the house.Issy was friendly and approachable. Amazing and professional

I really don’t know where to start. Kish was fantastic from the beginning until the end of my selling process.I originally thought his fees were too high but he assured me he would put the work in, to earn the money and I 100% agree that he did and I would’ve actually paid him a lot more. He was worth his weight in gold. Selling a house is stressful enough but Kish and his team went way above and beyond their roles to make it as stress free as possible. I’d never sold a property before so kept asking silly questions and Kish was always more than happy to help explain it all to me (sometimes more than once), until I completely understood. My solicitor pushed back on alot of things and asked me for things that I’d never heard of but Kish helped me work my way through the legal jargon and got me across the line on many occasions. The entire team were super professional and efficient and had great knowledge of the entire process (including the solicitors roles). If Kish ever did take a well deserved day off he would make sure that one of his colleagues were up to date with my case and they would email me to let me know they were on hand ready for anything I needed.In summary, I really can’t express how good Kish and his team were for my selling process. So if you’d like a seamless sale (or buying I’m guessing) then I would highly recommend booking through Kish/Andrew’s!

Amazing Andrews!

The whole team at Andrews, Midsomer Norton have been amazing! Lisa-Marie first came to visit us in July 2023 to value our property, although we didn't market our house straight away, Lisa kept in contact with us on a regular basis, updating us on the local market. Her knowledge of the market and pure enthusiasm for her job made Andrews stand out from the others. We soon put our house up for sale and sold on the first viewing.
