I had the extreme misfortune to rent a property from Andrews in the South Wales area. Portfolio Property Manager was Nicola Holdaway. What a vile company to deal with, rude and obnoxious staff who couldn't care less. Getting any response from her was a nightmare, so unprofessional, I would not recommend this company and will certainly never use them again.

The Andrews Team looking after me (Gracie and George from lettings) were fantastic, all the way from viewing the rental property, to patiently answering my questions, to guiding me through all of the stages and checks needed to secure the flat I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and responses were extremely quick. Their online portal was so easy to use and had prompts if you got stuck and they provided all the guides I needed.
