We had an excellent experience with Strutt and Parker, Perth office. They were consistently kind, considerate always responsive. All the staff at the Perth office, especially Hamish and Amy were genuinely invested in the sale of our house and we were extremely impressed with the service. This is the second time we have used Strutt and Parker with the sale of our houses and we do not hesitate to recommend them.

He not only anticipated certain issues but managed very successfully to navigate through them. He kept the momentum going, leading to a successful conclusion for everyone. We bought a house from Strutt and Parker and from the start they were FAB! Amy was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and made the process easy. To top it all, she was always really positive, reassuring and cheerful. If I was selling my house again in the future, I would definitely look at using Strutt and Parker as my estate agent.

I cannot recommend Andrew Sartain at the Newbury office highly enough. Communication, understanding and support were excellent. And when completion was due so near to Christmas, he kept me calm and did everything possible to resolve the issues in the chain.

GoogleAfter looking for a house in the mid and north Essex areas for months, I cannot express my delight at meeting Lydia from Strutt & Parker, and then subsequently Sharnie. Lydia immediately forged a relationship that was warm and trusting. There was no hard sell, she was just open and curious about what would be right for us. The house we were viewing involved more work than we had originally wanted to do, and I was struck by how responsive and informative Lydia was about our many initial questions subsequent to our viewing. She made it easy for us to decide what was best for us. We ended up having our offer accepted and Lydia and Sharnie were helpful and quick to respond throughout the process, conducting themselves with a professionalism that took much of the stress of buying out of the equation. We cannot recommend Strutt & Parker Chelmsford more highly. We would not hesitate to work with them again! Thank you Lydia & Sharnie.

GoogleWe recently moved house which was supported by Stephen at Strutt and Parker for both our sale and purchase. Stephen is the model Estate Agent that all agents should be aiming towards. He understood our needs, worked with us to find a suitable purchaser than found our dream home for us before it hit the market. As with all house moves, there are always obstacles. Nothing was ever a problem for Stephen even when the process was becoming particularly stressful. We spoke on a near every day basis and worked together to progress things. He was always focused on getting the right outcome for all involved which he did. We will always be grateful for everything Stephen did for us to secure our dream home and will have no hesitation in working with him again on our next move. Couldn't recommend him enough - thank you Stephen!

GoogleInitially marketed our house before Covid struck but then the market went quiet so decided to take it off and wait for more a more conducive environment. Stephen at Strutt & Parker Chelmsford always had us in mind and approached us whilst the market was quiet to ask if they could show to a family that were interested in moving to the area - the viewing was arranged and the deal was done shortly after. It wasn't all plain sailing as we then needed to find a property. When we did there were many hold ups due to it being an old listed property but Stephen kept us in touch with every detail of the chain below and fully appreciated our issues so fielded a lot of frustration from the chain that was aimed our way due to the many issues that arose with the survey. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Can't recommend them highly enough.

This relates to the rentals service in Cambridge. We rented a house from Strutt & Parker for more than three years. They were never quick to deal with repairs and other issues, however we had a direct relationship with the owner which made life easier. When we moved out at the end of June 2024, we got the full benefit of Strutt & Parker's contempt for tenants, stunning slowness and incompetence. It took them nearly four months -- until 28 October 2024 -- to return the deposit. There was a litany of lame excuses about the time needed for estimates for some minor repairs. The reality was that it just wasn't a priority, they didn't care and they couldn't even work out which photographs attached to the contract corresponded to which actual rooms. If you rent property in Cambridge, beware this lot. Or at least be ready to suffer.

He assisted in getting the house in the market and then advised periodically on the pricing strategy which ultimately led to a very loyal and determined buyer. Thereafter John assisted in the communication up and down the chain with other agents and lawyers which led to exchange and completion when, at one point, all seemed lost. We are forever grateful in now living in the house we always wanted.
