GoogleFrom day one, this has been one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences for me and my partner and it is still ongoing even now we have moved into the property. Not only have they shown poor management of the whole process and misrepresentation but they are also aggressive whenever challenged. Avoid the Chelmsford branch.
