Hi Ahsan,It has recently been bought to my attention you have left this review on Trust Pilot which is not a site we subscribe to. I am disappointed with your comments following my correspondence via email earlier this year, to which you failed to respond. At the time I explained there appeared to have been confusion with regards to a viewing you requested. Following investigation of this matter, I was disturbed to learn a member or our staff had been subjected to abusive language, which we will not tolerate under any circumstances.
