JonasI have just been alerted to the recent review you posted on Trustpilot.This is not a site we actively subscribe to but I wanted to respond to you regardless. Our charges made at the time in question were below £250 per tenant so I'm not sure how you arrived at a much higher figure. The referencing company we use are one of the largest in the UK and conduct comprehensive referencing but the process is exactly the same for every application. We are ultimately employed by the landlord and therefore never apologise for utilising the services of an established company who undertake professional referencing. GoogleExtremely rude staff. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar, clearly they don't realise that. Don't think they even put the offer forward to the vendor, though this is a legal requirement. Avoid this agency!
